Shipping
How much is shipping?
U.S. Shipping and Handling is a flat $7, regardless of the size of your order.
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be more.
When will my order ship?
Orders normally ship the following mail day. However, orders sometimes ship the same they are ordered.
When will my order arrive?
If you are using Priority Mail (U.S. Postal Service), on average you will
receive your order within 3-5 mail days after you placed an order.
We are sometimes contacted about "Emergency Orders," and we are usually able to rush these out ASAP by expedited delivery services, such as FedEx.
Privacy, Security
What is your privacy policy?
Your privacy is very important to us. We will not share your information
with any third party, accept as required to process your order (for example,
supplying your checking info to our bank) and to mail your package.
Is it safe to use credit cards on the Internet?
On our site, your credit card number and other information are protected
by SSL security encryption.
Payment
Will I be charged for sales tax?
We charge sales tax for orders mailed to Nevada. We are not responsible
for additional tariffs or taxes that apply to orders shipped to other
states or outside of the United States.
What forms of payment does AmazonNutrition.com
accept?
We accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards issued by U.S. banks. For credits cards outside the U.S., there is sometimes a delay for the card to process properly. If you do not like credit cards or if you need to pay with another method, feel free to contact us about it.
Order Status
What is your return policy?
In the event that your shipment is damaged, incorrect,
or unsatisfactory, please contact us.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase and refund 100% of the purchase
price (less shipping/handling). However, to prevent abuse of our guarantee,
we reserve the right not to issue multiple returns to the same purchaser.
Naturally, we will refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
Since 1999, there have only been a handful of returns.
How do you handle backorders?
We try to ship orders the same day or next day after they have been
submitted. However, if any
items are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the entire
order when the item becomes available (normally within 2-3 working days).
How do I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order if you email us prior to your order being shipped.
Please contact us as soon as possible, since shipment may be as soon as 1 hour after you placed your order.
What happens if I want to cancel my order after
it has already been shipped?
Any change request made to an order after it has been shipped will be
treated as a "return request". For detail explanation, please see our
returns policy above. As of this time (in 2007), this has never happened.
