How much is shipping?
U.S. orders: Shipping and handling is a flat $7, regardless of the size of the order, for US addresses, including US Military and US Territories (American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands).
Canadian orders: Shipping and handling to Canadian addresses is a flat $10 for first-class, regardless of the size of the order. First-class mail should take 6 to 10 days. We stopped offering “Priority” mail to Canada because first-class mail is just as fast for half the price.
International orders (everywhere except US and Canada): Shipping and handling to international addresses is a flat $17 for “first-class” or a flat $37 for “priority,” regardless of the size of the order. International priority mail should take 6 to 10 days, while first-class mail is estimated at 7 to 21 days.
What mail service do you use?
All orders ship through the U.S. Post Office (USPS). But we can make special arrangements, if necessary.
When will my order ship?
Orders normally ship either on the day they are ordered or the following mail day.
When will my order arrive?
US orders: For addresses in the USA, you should receive your order within 1-5 mail days after you placed an order (usually 2 days). Orders ship from the western US.
Canadian orders: Canada orders can take 6 to 10 days.
International orders: “Priority” shipments should arrive in the destination country within 6 to 10 days. “First-class” shipments are estimated at 7-21 days. Depending on the country, there may be additional delivery time for the package to go through customs and for local delivery. In many cases, “First-class” shipments will be delivered just as fast as “Priority” shipments.
Can you ship faster?
We are sometimes contacted about “Emergency Orders,” and we are usually able to rush these out ASAP by expedited delivery services, such as FedEx or USPS Express Mail International. Additional shipping cost may apply.
Do you ship to Germany?
No. Germany does not allow the importation of supplements.
Are there any other countries to which you do not ship?
Yes. Periodically countries change their customs requirements.
There is a current list of countries we ship to on the shipping-address drop-down menu in the shopping cart. If your country does not appear there, unfortunately, we cannot ship to you at this time.
Your privacy is very important to us. We will not share your information with any third party, accept as required to process your order (for example, supplying your checking info to our bank) and to mail your package.
Is it safe to use credit cards on the Internet?
On our site, your credit card number and other information are protected by SSL security encryption. Transactions are processed by Authorize.net, one of the most trusted names in the payment-processing industry, for which we are a certified merchant.
Will I be charged for sales tax?
We charge sales tax for orders mailed to Nevada. We are not responsible for additional tariffs or taxes that apply to orders shipped to other states or outside of the United States.
What forms of payment does AmazonNutrition.com accept?
We accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards issued by U.S. banks. For credits cards outside the U.S., there is sometimes a delay for the card to process properly. If you do not like credit cards or if you need to pay with another method, feel free to contact us about it.
What is your return policy?
In the event that your shipment is damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please contact us.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase and refund 100% of the purchase price (less shipping/handling). However, to prevent abuse of our guarantee, we reserve the right not to issue multiple returns to the same purchaser. Naturally, we will refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
Since 1999, there have only been a handful of returns.
How do you handle backorders?
If at all possible, we ship orders the same day. Otherwise, we will ship the next mail day after an order has been submitted. In the extremely rare occasion that any item is unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the entire order when the delayed item becomes available (normally within 2 working days). If we expect a longer delay, we will contact you.
How do I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order if you email us prior to your order being shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible, since shipment may be as soon as 1 hour after you placed your order.
What happens if I want to cancel my order after it has already been shipped?
Any change request made to an order after it has been shipped will be treated as a “return request.” For detail explanation, please see our returns policy above.
I just placed two orders to the same address. Can you combine them?
This happens a lot. We will combine the orders and refund shipping for one of them so you do not pay double shipping.
