Terms & Conditions

The Basic Deal: When you buy from us, you’re agreeing to these simple terms. We promise to keep this short and person-readable.

Orders & Payment

  • When you place an order, we’ll charge your card and ship your stuff.
  • If something seems off about an order (wrong address, declined card, etc.), we’ll contact you.
  • Very rarely, we might need to cancel an order; and if there’s an inventory error, and we’ll refund you immediately.

Shipping

  • We usually ship same day for items received by 3pm, otherwise next business day. If longer than that (super rare), we’ll let you know.
  • We ship from the West Coast via USPS to the address you provide.
  • Please double-check your address, since we can’t be responsible for packages sent to the wrong place.
  • Once USPS has it, it’s in their hands (and yours once delivered).

Returns

  • Not happy? Wrong item? Damaged in shipping? Contact us within 30 days and we’ll refund your full purchase price (you cover return shipping unless we messed up; then it’s on us).
  • Important: We NEVER resell returned products. Your returned items are disposed of, not put back into inventory, because supplements should only have one owner.

Cancellations

  • Contact us ASAP. We ship fast (sometimes within an hour), so once it’s shipped, it becomes a return instead.

The Important Legal Bit

  • Our products are nutritional supplements, not magic potions.
  • We’re based in Wyoming, so Wyoming law applies if we ever disagree (but let’s not).
  • Our maximum liability is the amount you paid us.
  • Please be 18+ to order.
